Amalaki is known as the Ayurvedic rejuvenating herb from India. It is said to expel excess heat from the body.

Amla is rich in antioxidants, such as vitamin C and flavonoids, which help neutralise free radicals, protect against oxidative stress, and promote overall cellular health. It is also known to boost the immune system, due to its content of food based vitamin C, it may help support the body's natural immune response.

Alma is often used in Ayurveda as a natural detoxifying agent to support eliminatory functions and refresh the body from inside out.
